Using this website
This website describes nextpixels's services and lets you get in touch about a project. By using it, you agree to these terms. Content on this site — copy, design, and code — belongs to nextpixels unless otherwise noted, and shouldn't be copied or reused without permission.
Getting a quote
Submitting the contact form is a request for a conversation, not a binding order or contract. Any actual engagement — scope, timeline, and price — is agreed separately in writing before work begins, as described in our process.
Project engagements
Once a project is agreed, the specific terms (scope, deliverables, payment schedule, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality) are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work between nextpixels and the client. These general terms don't override that agreement — where the two conflict, the signed project agreement controls.
No warranty on site content
We keep the information on this site accurate to the best of our knowledge, including project descriptions and figures, but this website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Case study details describe real, shipped systems; if something here needs correcting, let us know.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, nextpixels isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or services change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
